Yuwang Plantation Group
Yuwang Plantation Sdn Bhd (537467-H) is the holding company of our plantation business while Yuwang Development Sdn Bhd (592990-X) undertakes property development business. Both compaies are established & incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act,1965 and having its registered office at No. 27A, Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad, Banting Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Yuwang Plantation Group is a medium size plantation group which started its operation in the year 2002, with business in the cultivation of oil palm estates, processing of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil & palm kernel and sale of the crude palm oil & palm kernel. To date, the plantation group has approximately 10,000 hectare of matured estates and one 45Mt/Hr ( expandable to 60Mt/Hr ) palm oil mill in Sabah. The group is constantly looking to increase its land bank and palm oil mill in East Malaysia.
Yuwang Property Group is a medium size property developer group with more than ten years track record of being a reputable property developer. Our latest major project is centered around Bandar Tun Hussein Onn area, near Belakong & Cheras Batu 11, consisting of three storey shop offices, two storey Semi-Ds, two and half storey link house and apartments with gross development value of RM65 million. All units will be completed and handed over by end 2012.
